To configure an IR codes controller should be directed to the list of discharge devices,
positioning on the HPA-2900 device you want to program, and press the right mouse button, a
menu will offer endpoint Edit endpoint….
This opens a dialog box:

Node parameters:
· Node Name: Enter a descriptive name that allows you to identify the Endpoint in your
installation.
· Scripts ID: this optional field will identify the Endpoint in the Scripts. You can enter a short
name, ensuring that no two plans with the same ID.
· Address: the system identifies the channel that owns the endpoint. In a device that controls
various channels, the system will display the channel number assigned to the endpoint you
are editing.
· Type: in this case the system identifies the Endpoint with Infrared Transceiver.
· Endpoints Group: This application will allow you to assign the Endpoint to a group
previously defined. Then you can configure actions for the group.
Then clicking again on the HPA-2900 device, you must select New IR code ... and there
begin to program each code you want to teach the system.
New IR code ... with this dialog box are entered one by one the codes to the application.
Each time you enter an IR code, the system asks if you want to show it to the transceiver. You
could do it later.
The system will inform you once it learned IR code correctly.
IR codes will be visualized below in the tree the Endpoint Device: clicking on them you can edit,
add new code, delete, re-learn the code and run.
