Mover una instalación de Habeetat Planner
Diego De Marco Administrator Posts: 33

Moving Habeetat Planner to another PC

If you need to move Habeetat Planner to another PC, the steps are as follows: 1) Uninstall Habeetat Planner on the old PC. Your configuration will not be deleted. It will remain in the Solidmation folder, under Program Files. 2) On the new PC, make sure Habeetat Planner IS NOT installed. If it is, uninstall it. 3) Copy the "Solidmation" folder from the old PC to the new PC, in the same location (inside "Program Files"). 4) Install Habeetat Planner on the new PC. 5) Register the new installation as usual. After registration, you'll find that all your plans and configuration from your old PC will be there.
Important note: if you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, the Solidmation folder will be inside the "Program Files (x86)" folder, instead of the usual "Program Files".

Hola Esteban. En la versión 4.2, el manejo de cámaras se hace directamente desde la solapa de dispositivos. Para agregar cámaras o DVRs, elegí directamente la opción "Nuevo dispositivo IP".
Saludos, Diego

It's difficult to say. Usually you need to put the controller in setup mode (pressing the button for a few seconds) and then send any command (up or down) from Habeetat Planner. Also check the logs to see if the interface is working properly.
Cheers,

Hi Alex, We're currently selling our HPA-2400 interface, which is Zigbee-compatible, and goes together with our products. We currently do not offer support for devices other than ours, plus PLCBus, Sonos, and various cameras. We'll be launching our Zigbee product line very soon (January 9th). Cheers, and happy New Year! Diego

Hello,
i have allready running a PLC Interface. I would like to install a wireless interface. But the solidmation interface is not certified for Europe at this moment. So what kind of wireless interfaces are Supported by Habbeetat?
At the Preferences Menue i can just see PLC and Habeetat / Habeetat ZB.
Thanks & Regards

First make sure that your script is working correctly. From the script editor, you can run ths script step by step. Check to see if an error gets reported. The most likely cause is that you are referring to the endpoint as "Bathroom". Make sure that the endpoint has exactly this text "Bathroom" in the field "ID for scripts" in the endpoint properties.

That's correct, this type of step allows you to instruct a Sonos Player to tune a particular radio station. You can see more about what Sonos players can do (really great stuff) at their website: www.sonos.com

Ok i´m sorry for that stupid question. I think it is possible to stream webradio to a "Sonos" Zone Player. So it is only possible to stream to that device.

Hey First of all ,thank you of your amazing solution! I have plcbus system ,with 1141+ interface and 2263 module. I created the 2263 as a plcbus device endpoint "Bathroom". I have defined successfuly the module with the address E1, and can control the endpoint in the "preview" tab. The problem for me is when i try to use this endpoint in a scene or in a script - its just not responding to the commands.
In the script i writed : function Main() { HP.Endpoints("Bathroom").Switch(true) }
I definded a button that activate this script ,but when i pressed the button nothing happens.
What i am doing wrong ?
Thank you,
Inmar

Hi,
Could you please remove the background and check? If you created the background as a separate image (inserting an image in the plan), it may be that this image appears "on top" of the other objects. The correct way to add a background is by right-clicking on the plan and use the option to set a background (NOT using the new image menu).
Could you please let me know which version of HomePlanner you're using?
Cheers,
Diego

Hi! First I would like to congratulate you for this program. It´s good and easy simple to use. Yet, when I click on the link that appears on Design, the browser only shows the background. This appens on the IE and Firefox.
Yours Sincerely,
Rui

It does show correctly on IE.
